The pie chart shows how dangerous waste products are managed in the Republic of Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom. It compares five different methods overall and the figures are represented in percentage points.
Recycling is the most popular method to deal with hazardous waste in the Republic of Korea with 69%, while in Sweden only 25% of waste are processed in the same way. In the United Kingdom, on the other hand, waste products are not recycled.
Underground disposal is employed with the 82% of the waste in the United Kingdom, followed by Sweden with 55% and the Republic of Korea with 22%.
