Overall, it is clear that customers show their general satisfaction with the complex and the overwhelming majority of both sexes approved of the design. There was a greater proportion of women than men dislike the restaurants, which were only 5% of males displeased with the restaurants, compared to 21% of the females. In addition, the restaurants receive a lot more positive rating overall among men than among women, at 80% and 59% respectively.
