The line chart elucidates the world average annual growth rates by its population, energy and GDP from 1820 to 2010. Overall, the average annual growth rates in all sectors have increased. It is interesting to note that, the energy and the GDP had the same trend where it reached its peak in 1960 to 70 which was also a peak for population growth rates. All sectors have experienced of growing trends which had initially recorded at the same rate of about 0. 8%. The GDP grew rapidly than that of others and rose by more than 2% to end at over 3. 5%. Meanwhile, the rest of two sectors grew by 1% to end at over 2. 7% and just over 1% for energy and population, respectively by 2010. The energy and the GDP had same trends of periodic fluctuations in 1900 to 1920 and 1960 to 1970. Both years, GDP rose steeply to reach at 3% and 5%, respectively, whereas the energy reached at 2% and 5%, respectively. In comparison, the population showed the stable increases but it peaked from 1950 to 1960 at 2% and showed about the stabilized trends.
