As can be seen that, in the present layout there are a vast amount of area on the left and right side covered with the grass. However, entrance is on the south-east side and the reception is in the front of the entrance. There are four offices located on the south wall. On the opposite, a kitchen, canteen and stock room can be seen. Moreover, wash room is situated between the stock room and the reception. Looking at the future plan of office building, the grass area of the left side converted into the outdoor activity area. The entrance and reception are estimated to removed in the centre and the offices on the south wall increased and proposed to locate on the left and right side of the reception. Furthermore, kitchen, canteen and wash room planned to remove from the future development. New facility of meeting area will be constructed on the south-east side and there would be coffee machine on the north-east side.
