The chat below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
A glance at three pie charts provided reveal some interesting information about the amount of three types of nutrients that are consumed in specific meals in the USA. It' s evident that each nutrient has been eaten too much at least one meal per day, and this is likely to be not good for health. Sodium and Saturated Fat have the tendency of average percentages quite similar, with the highest one is dinner, it is 43 percent for Sodium and 37 percent for Saturated fat. This is following by Lunch, sodium takes 29 percent and Saturated fat takes 26 percent. Dinner and Snacks seem not eat those types of nutrions too much - Sodium uses 14 percent for both, and Saturated fat with 21% for dinner and 16% for snacks. By stark contrast, the Added sugar is different from Sodium and Saturated Fat, the meal has using it the most is Snacks, with the percentage is 42 percent. Next is Dinner - 23%, and Lunch is just 19%. The lowest one belongs to Breakfast - a mere of 16 percent. Overall, those charts show that the Americans should consider eating too much Sodium and Saturated Fat at Dinner and Added Sugar at Snacks to take care of their health
