The bar graph compares 3 types of problems encountered by residents living in 9 different cities in the United Kingdom in 2008. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, health services were the most common problem in all cities in 2008 except in Glasgow and London, which was education and training, while air pollution was the least issue among the cities. Problems related to health services comprised the highest percentage in Belfast at nearly 60%, then it is followed by Cardiff with roughly 58% and Birmingham at approximately 55%. The proportion of issue in New Castle and Manchester were almost 52% and just over a half respectively. Glasgow and London had by far the biggest problem about education and training both at almost 53%, whereas in New Castle and Manchester the figure were both just under 50% and the remaining cities comprised with just over 50%. Air pollution consisted of the lowest percentage in all cities which ranges between about 5% and approximately 15%.
