At first i want to state my opinion that hospitality is extremely imperative for every customers who are visiting regularly and who are the freshers. And as we can discern that the situation of covid makes us understand about helath and hygiene. So, the particular things to keep in mind is cleanliness in devoting services. Probing ahead, the service which i have received was the service at golden point restaurant that is in Mumbai. They really ought superior quality of food over there and also have experienced and well trained individuals working over there. To epitome: They provide safety kit like mask transparent shoes which cover our footwear. After going through the covid formalities like sanitizing and checking temperature. They merely asked us to enter the restaurant. Where i discered the staff were greeted us. First, they asked us for water and welcome us by juice. Elaborating, After done with welcome juice then they asked us pertaining to menu of their hotel. We merely gone through it and have ordered paneer barbeque, mushroom, veg garlic stick and appetizer for starter. Trust me it was as delicious as veg angara which i already have it previously. And the staff working there were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Next, we ordered dal makhni with jeera rice, chapati, pita bread with chole. Again the food was looking so mesmerizing and fruitfull. The tables were extremely looking neat and clean. And the fragrance i was getting was wonderful. I reckon i have not seen in other restsurant. The decoration with distinct king of colorful flowers and lights was stunning. Actually i was just looking at this all things in between i was enjoying my creamful dinner. Extending my views for further explanation, we have also asked for the chinese items and believe me the food they served was in golden glass bowl and well designed dish. I ordered tripal shezwan rice for my beloved mom because she is really crazy about chinese food. She love prominently much and i know after eating at golden point, she is going to come again for chinese food. Meanwhile, manger came to us and asked us regarding the taste of food and overall service which we got. He also asked us that everthing is ok or we are facing any difficulties with the service. He was so kind that he gave immense size of choclate to my little cousin. The restaurant was so tremendous and beautiful. Its divided in two parts. First is for only snacks items and second for buffets and many more things. At the end, we ordered desert like brownie with cookies cream and vanilla icecram with dark choclat. And it was again touched my heart. Sky-high service given by the staff of golden point restaurant. On the other side, poor customer service leads to nagative out come of organization. Therefore, dissatisfaction of one customer is entirely equall to 100 customers. There are enormous of things to make the customer happy. That are: 1) Greet the customers as they really like when someone welcome them. 2) Ask for feedback because they love to explain things pertaining to their experience. 3) Be loyal to clients it really make sense in the form of super honesty. 4) Say good bye to customer by shaking hands and telling them to visit again. These all things will escalate their value, popularity of organization and many more. To recapitulate, the service i received was excellent and i am surely impressed by their services. My family will definitely love to visit again. And we have recommended to our friends and family and others. Overall it was magnificent experience. I have also given best feedback to golden point restaurant.
