1. What is your favorite sport and the primary sport of your country?
My favorite sport is badminton. I just play it in the simple way and do not watch any videos about this sport. However, I know how to play it clearly. Before the city lockdowned by Covid 19, I usually play badminton with my cousin who teaches me play it. My hobby has different with the primary sport of my country. From my point of view, the primary sport in Vietnam is soccer. Two years ago, the Vietnamese National team has won a great victory at the AFF Cup. At that time, soccer has been the concern of many people. So when the country team has won, Vietnamese people flocked to the streets to celebrate. We called it “đi bão”. It looked like Vietnam did not sleep at night during 2 or 3 nights, the streets lights always turn on and the crowd keeps making noise. That air was nice. Everyone is a stranger but looks like friends because they share the same heart and the pride of their country. I joined this activity two times with my parents and I really enjoyed.
2. If you do not like sports then how would you rather spend your time to make it productive?
I really like sport but I do not know how to play many types of sports. If the city in normal life, I can spend all Saturdays to play badminton with my cousin but recently, he cannot come to play with me because the Covid-19.
So I have more free time and there is almost nothing to do. However, I must admit that I need to change my lifestyle in healthy way and improve myself with many skills like English or playing the piano. Because of my plans, my to-do list during the spread of Covid-19 was born. In my to-do list, the housework like a type of sports and then I will have a running competition with my dog. If the weather is bad I will do some exercises with the couch on Youtube. That is some activities I do it instead of playing sports. I usually spend lots of time to clean the house because my mom is very difficult about this problem, she wants all of spaces in house is clean. At first, I do not agree with her opinion but now I am realizing that living in a clean house is really comfortable and it will not harm my health. After that, I always spend my day to read book. I love reading fiction and self-help books. One of my necessary activities is learning English. I practice it by write the essays, listen to music, watch movies and read some news in BBC. In closing day, I research some ideas to decorate my diary. Sadly, I do not have any events to write in my dairy so actually I only decorate it by some drawing and hand-writing.
3. Why and how is exercising your body on daily basics benefiting your body and health?
Exercising my body on daily basics benefiting my body and health because of physical activity stimulates different substances in the brain that can make me feel happy and relaxing. Exercising my body helped me to sleep well, a nice sleep is really important for our health. For the body, exercising is able to keep you body fitness and improve the height. Physical activity is good for bones and muscles. However, you should do exercise that are suitable with your age and stamina. If you do some heavy exercises, you may have an accident.
4. How often should we exercise?
In my opinion, we should exercise everyday. If you can do it, it will bring you a strong health and a fit body. It also has a lot of benefits like I tell in the third question. For me, I am a lazy people so I just exercise one times for 2 days
5. Do you think working out with your friends makes it more enjoynable?
Yes, of course. I think working out with my friends I can have more motivation and practice more than working out by myself. Because I compete with my friends like we are in the competition. It will be really fun. But until now, I do not have any opportunity to do this with my best friend
