Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about washing machine which I recently bought from your shop. After a week, things started to go wrong. After it had been being used for the first time. It worked properly. However, when I used for the second time it seemed to have some particular problems with it. The clothes still had a lot of soap in them when I have taken them out. Furthermore, When I tried to dry clothes, the machine cycle system did not work. In addition to this, the machine did not hit the water to the right temperature. I would like to replace well-functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of brand Otherwise, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this matter.
