Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment regarding the hiring of a car from your company.
My name is James Smith. Last week, I had a business meeting with my clients in Canada. For that purpose, I hired a Swift car from your company for three days. The organisation issued an agreement started from 21st April to 23rd April. The overall charges of the trip, including the driver, was $500 for three days.
As far as I am concerned with the generated bill, I was liable to pay the charges mentioned in the rental contract. To my surprise, the bill which I received is of $650. Miscaellenous expenses were also added in it. Although I had cleared all the payment of my trip on the same day of my trip. Unfortunately, it is still showing pending status of my trip.
I would like you to check the issued bill on my account, which is linked with your company. Kindly send me updated invoice too, which includes other expenditures raised during trip.
Your immediate attention to this matter is needed.
Yours faithfully,
James Smith
