Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain that the company does not provide any parking area for workers and each employee enduring inadequate parking space on the roads. As a consequence, one of my co-worker's car had been tucked by the city police as it was parked under the tree and they strictly informed that it is not a parking area. They covered that place with prohibited cautions. Therefore, individuals are not allowed to park there. However, I would like to suggest to you that our organisation has vacant space in the basement, which could be replaced with a parking location for employees use.
