Hello sir/Madam, I am writing this letter regarding the internet issue we are facing in our locality. We are using ACT internet connection for a very long time now. I am not satisfied with the service provided by your company. Society people have been facing issues with the internet since last month, everyone is complaining and highly disappointed about the speed of the internet connection. We have contacted ACT customer care several times and did not hear anything back. Now the internet has stopped working completely for the past 2 days. Due to the covid - 19 lockdown, everyone is working from home now. In fact, the internet has become crucial nowadays. We cannot do anything without the internet. Children cannot attend their school regularly. This has been cumbersome for everyone.
