Dear Sir/Madam, I am father of Aarav, a grade 2 student in your school. I am writing this letter to express concern regarding recent issue my kid is facing in the school. To begin with, Aarav is prone to the cold and doctors have advised him to remain indoor during the extreme weather. However, I believe you allow kids to play outdoor during recess and lunch time. As a result, he is frequently catching cold/cough/fever and his overall health is deteriorating. Therefore, I spoke to the school office over phone last week and I was told that as, most of the teachers would be in cafeteria during lunch hours, school management can not allow kids alone in class room considering the safety issues. Moreover, I strongly believe that this problem should be associated to a number of children. I would suggest you to pursue the management to provision a small area under supervision of few office staff or teachers during breaks. Any kids who enroll for indoor, can use it. As, I am very concerned with the ongoing situation and would request you to find some solution to the problem sooner. Thanks, Amit
