Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express how much I enjoyed taking the intensive course at your college. I became engrossed to have a puppet making course which is crucial skill at my workplace. I have been grateful with the well-experienced tutors that we have mastered the skill for an intended time.
However, I would like to remind you a number of offers to make the inconveniences better that I experienced during the drills.
First, although the course lasts for a short time the tutors come to the lessons so late that the participants feel a bit nervouse while waiting the start. As you know most of the participants comprise adults have jobs. They may not have flexible hours for a long time.
Secondly, during each practical lesson we face with the shortage of instruments. Usually the participants bring the necessary materials like fibric, pieces of ornament. Unfortunately, during the lessons if there comes to cut or to sew we face with the lack of scissors or needles.
It would be really perfect if the college stuff follow the time-management and the class is facilitated with necessary items according to the course syllabus. If you take the suggestions into your consideration and do your action, I hope the endeavour of participants will not be lost, yet accelerate to achieve the result.
Thank you for your time and regard.
Faithfully,
Mekhriban Bayimbetova.
