Dear Mark, I hope you are doing well. I got an email about from management about your complaint and I understand you were not comfortable due to the uproar rising from my house. This unpleasant noise was due to my son who was sick from the last few days. He was crying loud due to the pain in his tummy and we were trying to ease him all the time. I opologise for the inconvenience caused due to us and we appreciate your patience during last few days. We went to a doctor yesterday and he prescribed the medicines for my kid. After few dozes, we can feel the difference and now he is doing much better. We are monitoring him closely and if he will feel cranky again then we will rush to the emergency.
