Dear neighbor, I am writing this letter to apologize for the noise which disturbed you. It was my parents' twenty-fifth anniversary and we decide to organize a party. we invited all of the family members as it was a very special day for me as well as for my parents. The main hall, where we put the music system is the noise insulation room. But, my uncle's child opened the window and we did not know about that. This the main reason for noise came out and it was disturbing you. I am sorry about this whole incident that happened last night. My mom showed me that opened window in the morning.
