Dear Sir, Good Day! I'm writing to inquire about my balance status in my bank account and request for your help to sort the below stated issue. On 20th January 2021, I used the online banking option to transfer AED 10, 000 into my bank account. I was expecting it to appear on my bank statement within 24 hours. However, upon checking my account the next day, I was astonished to see that the subject amount is not credited in my account. I assumed that it might not be appearing on my online bank statement, but it must have been credited into the account. Therefore, I called the bank helpline and explained them the whole situation. They informed me that their system is not showing any such transaction. This news is extremely disturbing.
