I'm writing to inquire about my balance status in my bank account and request for your help to sort the below stated issue.
On 20th January 2021, I used the online banking option to transfer AED 10, 000 into my bank account. I was expecting it to appear on my bank statement within 24 hours. However, upon checking my account the next day, I was astonished to see that the subject amount is not credited in my account. I assumed that it might not be appearing on my online bank statement, but it must have been credited into the account. Therefore, I called the bank helpline and explained them the whole situation. They informed me that their system is not showing any such transaction. This news is extremely disturbing.
I would be very grateful if you can look into your system and please trace down the transacted amount.
