I have received your complaint regarding the noise that is coming from my flat. Firstly, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to my notice.
Owing to the lockdown the schools are shut down and the kids have become restless as they do not have any work in particular to do and are neither allowed to go out and play with their friends. Which is why they have ended up in binge watching with really high volume and loud music. I totally agree that is not acceptable and disturbing for others.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused so far. I promise that this will not be repeated again. In fact, I have decided to remove the television and internet connection to divert them on to books from entertainment. Also, the online classes are starting from next week. Therefore, there won't be any kind of noise or disturbance for you anymore.
Once again, am sorry for the trouble.
