Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to complain about the loss of my luggage that I have on my flight number MS962 arriving to Dubai from Cairo. Flight departure was on 01 April 2021, at 10 am. I waited at the airport for nearly two hours waiting from my bags when I found the big bag, however, my suitcase did not show up. Moreover, I went to the information desk and enquire about the loss of my bag but the answer was to contact the Customer Relations department. Let me explain in more details how my suitcase looks like. It has a black color with a brass handle tied to it a red ribbon so I can mark my belongings also there is a Tommy logo embedded on it at the bottom corner of the bag. The suitcase have important documents such as my military service papers, marrige certificate, and my wife's residence visa, besides a picture for my grandmother which is very precious to me, and finally invitation card for great event that will occur in Dubai this month. I would request you to ask the cargo car driver if he saw a suitcase with this description or else I would ask for money as much as the value of the things that I have lost as I have a flight insurance to the personnel loss.
