Dear Peter, I am writting this letter to apologise for the trouble that you are facing because of noise from our house Last night we had a birthday party of my child and the same day my husband also got retired from a government job which was really one of the special moment for our family so we organized a family get together to celebrate this event that was one of the mail reason that you have to faced noise problem But i am promising you that if we will had any such events in the future we will try to do this in our basement so that it should not effect our neighbours and i request you to please take your complain back. we are ready to pay any fine for which we are liable.
