I am Sam Chan, one of the customer of your hotel. I am writing to express my unsatification of the status of the furniture. My family and I is having a travel in your country and we have booked your hotel as the place for us to stay during this period. The facilities of your hotel look good and the customer service is fine.
Nevertheless, there is one problem, that is the bed. One leg of the beg has broken. It doesn't like a new damage and seems no one notice it. It makes the beg shake no matter we sit or lay down.
I understand there should be no instant action can be taken in order to fix it in a short period of time. As a result, I would like to request for change the room.
