Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am having issues with the current arrangement. While the accommodation is fine, I find it really hard to concentrate on my studies because of my current roommate. I hope you will help me with this situation. Let me explain my situation. It all started 4 months ago when my roommate came. Before that, things were better as my last roommate was considerate. However, currently, I am facing a lot of issues because my roommate stays up all late at night and plays loud music. As such, I am not able to concentrate on my studies. Would you kindly transfer me or my roommate to another room? I would much prefer to stay with someone quiet and considerate about the surroundings. It would help me to focus on my studies.
