Hello Mr Khan, I am Anis Khan your neighbour in Appartment 105, I wanted to inform you that I had a sudden pipline burst in my appartment, and it has caused alot of Damage to my appartment. However I manage to stop the leakage myself but then I had to get concealed water lines replace with the new plastic lines. I want to apologise you on the disturbance caused by this issue, I am sure it was alot of sound coming out of my house during the last 2 days. It was an emergency thats why I coun't inform you before hand or else I would have informed you in advance. Thankfully most of work has been completed whereas small fixes still need to be done.
