Dear Jake, I am writing this letter regarding the issues I am facing after shifting to the accommodation owned by you here in Canada. I hate to complain but the dining table and closet are really in a bad shape and of no use to my family. As I had mentioned we are a family of 5 are the chairs provided are only 3 and the legs of those chair shake if anyone sits. It is really not safe for us to use them as it can hurt anyone. Also, the closet doors never close, as I believe the screws are not in place. Plus there is a sharp edge where my clothes get stuck every single time. I would kindly request you to help me in either replacing or buying new furniture. I also happened to see few chairs in a nearby store yesterday which is on discount till the weekend. But the closet seems okay to get fixed by a carpenter. It would be great if you could share any reference or perhaps visit tomorrow to resolve quickly. Yours Faithfully Prachi
