Dear Neighbours, My name is Harry and I am the owner of flat 28, floor 2. I am writing this in reference to the the complain I received regarding the noise from my flat. Actually, I am doing renovation work in my flat as I am planning to move in this flat by the end of next month. I hope you will understand that renovating my house is necessary as the flat is not in good condition at the moment. There is plenty of modification required in the kitchen and living room. Therefore, I would really like to apologise to you for the inconvenience you are facing. However, I will inform the carpenter to do most of his work during the afternoon time as most of the people are away from home at that time and that will reduce the disturbance to the vicinity.
