Dear Sir/Madam,
I am john shah, I had experienced ignorance at your hospital “the child care” last week, and, I am writing this letter to make you aware about irresponsible staff members.
Last week, my 10 year old daughter Rena had a severe stomach ache and I had ton straightforwardly rush to your infirmary’s emergency department. When I reached at the health care centre receptionist told me that Paediatrician MR. Den is operating other patient consequently I ought to wait for some time. I agreed with their instructions. Although, after one hour, I again inquired for Mr. Den to nursing staff on duty. But, no one was ready to be concerned about my situation. They again asked me to wait. On the other side, Rena’s pain was excruciating by and within few minutes she started whipping. At that moment, I was expecting a preliminary care by emergency ward’s staff. However, no one cared about this little girl.
Moreover, mgr. den took whole 4 hours to complete surgery of other patient. Finally, we got a chance to meet him. His medicine worked like magic on Rena. Despite of this, I am not satisfied with nursing member’s manners. It would be better if you interest and guide your employees to improve their etiquettes.
I hope, you may understand my suffering and I am looking forward to experience better service next time.
Yours Faithfully,
John shah
