Dear Mr. Gonzales, I am writing to let you know that I received the letter of complaint about the inconvenience that you had to experience. But more important is that I apologise about the noise that is coming from my place and I will try to keep it down. Let me explain my situation. I am actually refurnishing the whole kitchen including the floor tiles. This is a very difficult task for me to do by myself so I hired a construction worker who promised that it will be done within a day. However, the delivery of the furniture got late due to some reasons which made me have to wait for it to continue. Would you kindly bear with me for two more days? I promise there won't be a next time. I will always have your consent first before I make some serious decisions when it comes to ideas that will end up with some problems.
