This is not only shocking because the company guaranteed that the headset was ‘unbreakable, ’ but it has also put my job in jeopardy.
I am a high school teacher, who is currently holding virtual classes over Zoom due to the pandemic, and the school management has mandated that every teacher have working equipment when giving lessons to students. Needless to say, I’m not being able to hear my students during our discussion sessions and conferences, and that is hindering my ability to perform my job effectively.
