Dear Varun, I’am writing this letter to address the recent complaint raised by you regarding the disturbing noise that is coming from my house for the past couple of days. There has been a mechanical fault in the water pump installed in my house which is creating the continuous noise when we use it. I understand that it is causing a hindrance to your family and especially your children who are preparing for their upcoming examination. I truly regret the inconvenience caused due to the incessant noise in the mornings. I have already shown the fault to a technician. We have to replace a part to repair the water pump. The new part shall arrive in the next two days and shall be immediately replaced by the technician. In the meanwhile, I shall ensure that the water pump is used early in the morning so that your kids can study during the day peacefully. Hope this will temporarily solve your problem.
