My Community association informed me that a Shopping complex is planned to be built near my home. As it is a residential area, it will be an impediment to many family residing in our area. Hence, We all feel that the council should take necessary action to stop the builder from proceeding with the opulent shopping complex. As we are confident that shopping complexes should not be developed inside a residential area. If this rule is not followed, we are planning to escalate the issue to higher authorities of our council. If the shopping complex is built in this residential area, then it may deteriorate the traffic and the area may get congested. Kindly share us more information about number of shops, area of building and permits obtained from the local council. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hear from you.
