Dear All, I have recently received a formal complaint regarding the noise from my flat which has indeed been a cause for some distress to you all. I would like to take this opportunity and explain the reason for the noise, recently because of the sudden clogging of the drainage pipes there has been a problem with the water drainage and it called for immediate repairs so it has to be attended on urgent basis because for which there was work done during the day and the night as all the old drainage pipes had to be replaced to fix the problem because of which there was noise that might have put you all in destress. I would like to apologise for the distress caused because of the noise. I will make sure that that such type of incidents are taken care during day keeping the noise in control. Regards
