Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the provided services by your restaurant. I visited to your restaurant with my four friends to celebrate my 27th birthday party on 14 February. We had already reserved the table one week prior from my birthday due to non-availability of space on valentine's day. The experience of my this birthday's celebration was disappointed this year. On the one hand, we had to wait more than 40 minutes to get our meal. Moreover, the ordered food was not delicious as you advertise on restaurant's website. Additionally, the food served by waiters in a very careless manner. I would like to suggest you that improve the quality of food and try to deliver mouth watering cuisines to your customers within appropriate time limit rather than waiting for long time for it.
