Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am really concern and sad to hear about the disturbance caused by my flat’s noise. I understand that the unpleasant high pitched sound can irritate your serenity and break your flow or mood of working. Let me explain my situation. My flat was in a really bad shape when I took over last month from previous lessee. I have been planning to furnished and improve the outlook of my lounge ever since I moved in here. I have some friends coming over to my place in next week. Therefore, I had to get it fixed up. We are currently doing some carpenter and electric work in the flat which is why there is so much noise during the day. I am really sorry and apologetic to hear your pain. I am your neighbour and it is very painful for me to hear your complain. Would you kindly share your timings of work so that I can plan the repair work accordingly.
