Dear Sir or Madam, As requested, I would like to share my feedback for the course "Basics of cooking" which I attended this summer. The duration of the course was perfect to get someone started with cooking. I enjoyed it thoroughly even though I had no prior knowledge of it. The instructor "Miss Mary" of the course was very patient. At times, I had asked some silly questions but she explained those in a very calm manner. The quick breakfast meals is something which I liked the most. After completing the course I have been cooking breakfast daily for my family. They are also enjoying having different cuisines for their breakfast. I have also started to explore some large meals with the help of youtube videos. While going through videos I have gained some interest in baking. However, I noticed that the school does not offer a course on that yet.
