Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to formally apologize for the noise came from my flat yesterday. I will explain you what caused this disturbing act to happen. I had arranged a party at my home and invited some family members to celebrate a birthday party of my newborn baby. For the arrangements, I booked services from a catering company to decorate the hall. To fulfill the job, employees had to drill in the wall to fix the required tool. In course of performing their work while using the drill machine, an irritating sound came our when the labor were drilling in the wall, which caused an annoying sound and created disturbance. Please accept my deepest apology for this act as I can imagine, how disturbing the drilling sound would be as it is always quite, and peaceful environment in the common area of our floor. To ensure that this act not happen again, I have decided that in future, if any arrangements have to be done in my flat, which could create little bit of noise, I will consult first with all my neighbors about their preferred time and date, so that there would not be any kind of problem further.
