Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am extremely disappointed with the current accommodation due to the student I am sharing the room with. The problem started when my new old roommate had to move out and the new student started living in. I am not comfortable living with him as he is creating a wide range of problems in the room which is making it very difficult for me to work. Let me explain my situation in more detail. The guy keeps the room extremely untidy and he also keeps on smoking frequently. I have breathing issues and the smoke and dirt affects my medical condition. In addition, he plays very loud music during the night as a result of which I am neither able to work on my assignment nor I am able to sleep properly. Due to lack of sleep, I am unable to concentrate in the class which in return is hampering my results. It is my humble request to you to please shift me to another room if that is possible. The room can be single or double and I would prefer a roommate who is responsible and organized. I look forward to a positive response. Regards Manisha Das
