Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to direct your attention towards multiple faults related to my desktop station that i am experiencing very frequently since last one month.
To give you an insight of the problem, let me elaborate that my desktop station becomes dead slow very often and it almost stop working. Mostly it stuck, s in the middle of a task and keep in this position unless i restart it which results in loosing all of my work.
In this scenario i have to perform all of my tasks once again which consumes quite a lot of time resulting in missing some important deadlines. It is badly effecting our department KPI, s, consequently tarnishing reputation of our department. If we miss the deadline of one project, it will delay all of our upcoming project.
It would be great if you refer this issue towards the IT department and request them to resolve this problem once for all. There are couple of suggestions that we can recommend which includes but not limited to increasing RAM of our system and hard disk capacity which will increase space in C drive and resolves the issue of hanging.
Hopefully after taking these corrective steps by IT team, we would be in a better position to finish our projects well within targeted time frame.
