Dear Mr John, I am vaishali, the owner of the flat no 803 second floor, sunshine apartment. I am writing this letter in consideration with the complaint mail received from you on behalf of you and other neighbours. First of all I'd like to appologise for the inconvenience caused by the noise coming out of my flat. This noise is basically due to some renovation going on in my flat. As next week my family members are planning to shift so I am making all the correct arrangements i. e getting all the work done before they move in. The noise is basically coming out from the wooden work that is being done in my apartment. Also the water tubes connected with the sink in my washroom is leaking. And the the trim along with the perimeter of the tiles are cracked so the water system and the tiles needs to be fixed. I assure you to get this work done as soon as possible. The work is almost completed but you have to bear this noise for next 3-4 days more. I will ensure that the time duration of work will be shorten. Also we can make this work done in the afternoon as most of the people are out in the afternoon because of work and other stuff. Kindly let me know if you are okay with the preposition.
