Dear sir or madam, I am writing this letter in connection with my living conditions. I have been living in this college room for the last three years. Since then, I never came across these problems that I am facing right now. I am very stressed about my current living conditions. Let me explain to you my situation, the dispute started two months ago when my new roommate moved in with me. He listens to very loud music during night time. Not only that, He also talks on the phone till late night. It is really hard for me to sleep properly. As a result, I am not able to sleep properly. Would you kindly move him or me to a different room. I have no problem with sharing a room with someone who is not very noisy. In addition to that he should be considerate.
