Dear neighbours, I am writing to express my apology for the noise from my flat that I has caused some inconveniences for you. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I did not have a chance to inform you in advance last week. The reason why it has been created some discomfort noise recently, because my sink in the washroom was broken. The plumber has tried to fix it for three days. I anticipate on finishing in the next couple of days. What I can do to reduce the noise is asking the contractor to minimize the usage of mechanical equipment. Moreover, I also discuss with him to assign an extra staff to ensure the work fisnish on time. Besides that, I requested them to work between 2-4pm during working business days only. I sincerely apologize for not informing you beforehand and the inconveniences caused so far. If there is any change or delay of the work I will definitely acknowledge you.
