Dear Mr Jhon I'm writing you this letter in order to tell you about the presentation I am intending to present in our up coming training as per our latest discussion. For that reason I chose a topic that in my opinion is a very important one, specifically in these hard economical crisis we are facing. This is why i chose to talk about * communication and selling skills and managing stress among the staff*. Not only it's important to discuss such topic it's rather crucial to do it. Seeing the hard times we are facing and all the stress our staff are being put to, some of them are not being able to communicate right to the costumers or between each others which is causing a lot of complaints that we didn't use to face before. That being said teaching them the right techniques of communication would help them knowing how to satisfy the client without uppseting themselves and affecting the selling goals we set as a company. In addition they will benefit from an express course on stress management that i'm willing to punch in at the end of the meeting. The session will be held on Tuesday the 25th of Novembre after the lunch break around 2 PM.
