Dear Sir, I am writing this letter on behalf of the food which we ordered on weekend. Mine family just arrived to meet me after very long time because i don't live with them for by study purpose. So, they decided to come visit by, you know kind of like a suprise. So, we decided to have lunch outside and from people reviews I came across your resturant. While at resturant we decided to try some of your main dishes as they were highly recommended. Waiter takes the order and told us to wait for10-15 minutes, little bit late than usual because they getting more order in this particular time. We respect that but I think that does not work. Food which came out has no words, it was bad as hell. I called the management and they came out with no solution. You should take some action regarding this scenerio by maintaining the staff properly and in good numbers. I mean hire some extra people on weekends and ask your management to feel sorry for what they done. In the End, Resturant are in business because of people which eats, so start respecting it or there will be an end to it as some faced it already.
