Dear Manager, I am extremely sorry for the yesterday as you assigned me the duties for having look on the front desk. But, I could not make it. As you know, our sales are on the peak therefore every hot item just disappear in couples of minutes. on that moment, I was replenishing the item over the floor. when, I relished that I had finished the shelving and I can help on the front. Right on that occasion, one of customer drop the chemical on the floor. That s why, I can not leave the floor like this way because it was an issue which is related to the health and safety and it can put me into trouble. that so, I preferred to cleaning the floor on the any other task. Generally speaking, This thing become a big pain for all of us. Every time, when we have a somebody less on the store we would have a these kinds of difficulties. in my suggestion, we will start to look one more person. it will really decrease the pressure on all of us. Also, we can look on some new technologies. like as, kiosk it will response most of the consumer question and it would make a lots of expense down and increment the profit in overall.
