Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to you regarding my purchase of grilled cheese melt from your Tim Hortons. when I reached home then I realized that the cheese was undercooked and the other stuffing smells very bad. Every time, I bought the same things so your staff even remember my order even though when I reached them they did not attend me well. As I am your regular customer and did not expect these kinds of irresponsibleness from your staff. Because this is one of the biggest superstores of the city and I think you are fully aware of the health and safety rules of the Ontario Government.
It was difficult to take a single bite of sandwiches so, I throw them all in the garbage bin. The bill is attached with this letter which is for $50 and I want a full refund from your side. Hope you can consider my complaint and explain to me well why this has happened, and I hope this will not happen in the future. I hope you would take this matter your consideration.
