Dear sir, I am writing this letter to you regarding my purchase of grilled cheese melt from your Tim Hortons. when I reached home then I realized that the cheese was undercooked and the other stuffing smells very bad. Every time, I bought the same things so your staff even remember my order even though when I reached them they did not attend me well. As I am your regular customer and did not expect these kinds of irresponsibleness from your staff. Because this is one of the biggest superstores of the city and I think you are fully aware of the health and safety rules of the Ontario Government.
