Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my concern about the recent decision by the local council to close down MBZ community centre for financial reasons. Closure of this community centre will deeply affect the people of community both physically and psychologically. To begin with, my family and friends extensively use this Centre for various activities. My wife and my mother take zumba and yoga classes everyday and the community centre. Me and my friends use the gym and sports facility frequently. In addition to that, this community centre is a favorite spot for the people around the neighborhood to socialize and celebrate various holidays and events. In fact, it is one of the few places where children can be safe and play freely. If the council still goes ahead with the decision to close the community centre, it will be a great loss to the community. Adults will find it difficult to socialize, children will be deprived of a safe place to play and have fun together. I sincerely request you to reconsider the decision.
