First you need an alarm clock and you set it to twenty minutes. In this time you go into your tasks or your domestic chores and try to finish immediately. After twenty minutes you have a rest a five minutes. It is called a tomato. You carry on this method three or four times after four tomato you have a rest a half-hour. It helps your time menegement and finish your works accurately. Now Im goint to speak about your next problem about your worries, you must believe yourself and speak loudly "I manage it" and you may eat some candy to suppress your excitement.
