Hello Sabina,
How is everything going? I hope you are in good health and in high spirits. It was great to receive your letter and I think that it's awesome that you take care of your health.
One way or another, we all must keep fit to feel energetic. And I want to share some advice on how to be in good shape. Firstly, you ought to exercise and you can choose any kind of working out: pilates, aerobics, stretching or even dancing. Secondly, you you should definitely cut on sugar and junk food that you consume, add more fruit and vegetables into your diet.
As far as I know, eating healthy food doesn’t mean giving up your favourite foods. Your favourite recipes can be adapted easily to provide a healthier alternative. For example, non-stick cookware can be used to reduce the need for cooking oil. Besides, you can steam, bake, grill, braise, boil or microwave your foods, rather than deep fry them. For example, one of the easiest and healthiest ways is to bake fish in parchment paper, but broiling is another easy option for when you want something quick and crispy. Also, you should try baking or grilling vegetables and then toss them in a salad, put them on a sandwich, or eat them plain.
Finally, I'd like to tell you about how I lost 7 kilos last summer. I had tried a plenty of methods to lose weight but I didn't achieve my weight loss goals. Then, out of the blue, I came across a notable fitness instructor. He created a hypocaloric diet plan and special working out programme. I ended up losting 7 kilos. After that I was on cloud nine because of taking that small victory.
That's all for now. I have to go. I hope this will be of help. I suppose you will want to know much more about a hypocaloric diet. If you want, I'll write you about it next time. By the way, how many kilos would you like to lose? Please write me back as soon as possible.
Warm wishes,
Tori
