Dear Sue, I’m very glad to hear that you want to choose a baking course at a training centre in Canada. I have just finished this course at the New East Cuisine School. Let me share what I have learnt from the experience, and maybe it can be helpful to you. In fact, the New East Cuisine School is very famous in Canada, and I did gain a lot from it. The course included both theoretical knowledge and practical operation. I have learnt how to make salads and desserts such as cookies, pies, and mousse cakes. My biggest gain is that my decorating skills have been greatly improved. I would like to suggest that you choose the course I took. The teachers there were so patient, and the small class teaching ensured that every student could be taken care of. Now I can show off my baking skills at parties and my children are more willing to be with me because they want to learn baking too! I trust that you can also benefit much from this course.
