I am writing to tell you that I am not available for the duration you are coming to visit me. I am extremely sorry for this inconvenience. I was extremely thrilled about your visit that I had planned your whole trip in advance but a unforeseen business trip just came up. I have to travel to Dubai during your visit. I can not miss this business trip as this probably would be the turning point of my career. I suggest you should transfer the date of your visit to next month as our office will be closed for the first week of next month. I shall be completely at your disposal during your visit. However, if you want to come on the same date, you are most welcome to stay at my home with my parents.
