Dear Jenny, I Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I'm writing this letter to say sorry as I won't accompany you to theater. I appreciate that you had been planning for such a great fun for me, but due to the hectic work schedule, I won't be available that day. Let me explain you in detail. Actually, I forgot to tell you that, having been working with ABC School since 2015, I have now been selected as co-ordinator which has increased the work load. The tickets that you have booked are for February 22, and there will be present teacher meet on this days, so being co-ordinator, it my duty to be present that day in the school.
